
QiGong and Tai Chi – New Class
Qigong teaches breath as a tool to bring relaxation along with spinal alignment and intention, as well as a moving meditation that opens layers of energy flow. Mood elevates, pain disappears, and energy rises with regular qigong practice. As we activate energy flow, we also activate potential for deep healing. Tai Chi is a series of Qigong movements that include walking. Originally Tai Chi was a martial art for warding off or attacking. The strength of building energy focus with intentional movement brings a stable mind and body.
You will learn specific QiGong exercise forms and a Tai Chi Easy practice. Tai Chi Easy is a 5 step form that is easy to learn and practice at home.
