Women 21 and older are welcome! Even if you don’t practice yoga, you belong. We will have plenty of non-yoga activities and chances to connect with nature and community!

Start by placing a $500 deposit* to reserve your spot! Lodging choices are on a first come, first served request based on the time of deposit.

Thursday, October 12

3pm-5pm: Arrive & settle in
5pm: Welcome gathering
6pm: Opening yoga session with Casie Hall
7:30pm: Dinner from Pizzeria Sorellina (pre-ordering available!)
9:00pm: Sauna, hot tub, cool pool, and bonfire (weather and burn-ban permitting)

Friday, October 13

8am-9:30am: Healthy breakfast at your pace
10am-12pm: Chakra-focused yoga practice. Pranayama & meditation.
12:30pm-1:30pm: Mediterranean lunch
1:30pm-6:30pm: Free time (rotation of horseback riding and massage)
6:30pm: Dinner
8:00pm: Evening Yin and restorative yoga practice
9:00pm: Bonfire concert (weather and burn-ban permitting)

Saturday, October 14th

8am-9:30am: Breakfast at your pace
10am-12pm: Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation
12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch
1:30pm-3:30pm: Wine Tasting at Spicewood Vineyards
3:30pm-6:30pm: Free time (rotation of horseback riding and massage)
6:30pm: Dinner
8:30pm: Soundbath
9:30pm: Bonfire
