Certified Expert Yoga Instruction

The Nectar Flow Yoga Teacher Training, led by Casie Hall, is a comprehensive and transformative program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to become certified yoga instructors. Here are some key highlights of this training:

Yoga Alliance Certification

The program is Yoga Alliance Certified, and upon completion, graduates are eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher – 200 hours). This certification is recognized globally and signifies a high standard of yoga instruction.

Comprehensive Curriculum

The training goes beyond the physical aspects of yoga and delves into meditation, pranayama (breath control), and yoga philosophy. Trainees will gain a deep understanding of the history, context, ethics, science, and practical application of yoga in the modern world.

Nectar Flow Sequence

Trainees will become proficient in teaching the Nectar Flow Sequence, which is a dynamic and adaptable sequence influenced by various yoga traditions, including Ashtanga, Rocket, and Power Yoga, as well as elements of Viniyoga, Yin, Restorative, and Adaptive Yoga. This sequence serves as a flexible framework for creating safe and inclusive yoga classes.

Pranayama and Meditation

The program includes a comprehensive exploration of pranayama and meditation practices, enhancing the overall yoga experience for both teachers and students.

Ethics and Equity

Casie Hall emphasizes the importance of teaching yoga with ethics, equity, and adaptability in mind. Graduates are encouraged to create yoga classes that are inclusive and considerate of diverse student populations.

Upcoming Schedule

Starting March 25th, 2023, trainees will meet from 9am-8pm one weekend a month on Saturday and Sunday with a one-hour lunch break, as well as Wednesday nights for 2hrs for eight months. Training will be complete on October 1st.
