Certified Expert Yoga Instruction
The Nectar Flow Yoga Teacher Training, led by Casie Hall, is a comprehensive and transformative program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to become certified yoga instructors. Here are some key highlights of this training:
Yoga Alliance Certification
The program is Yoga Alliance Certified, and upon completion, graduates are eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher – 200 hours). This certification is recognized globally and signifies a high standard of yoga instruction.
The training goes beyond the physical aspects of yoga and delves into meditation, pranayama (breath control), and yoga philosophy. Trainees will gain a deep understanding of the history, context, ethics, science, and practical application of yoga in the modern world.
Nectar Flow Sequence
Trainees will become proficient in teaching the Nectar Flow Sequence, which is a dynamic and adaptable sequence influenced by various yoga traditions, including Ashtanga, Rocket, and Power Yoga, as well as elements of Viniyoga, Yin, Restorative, and Adaptive Yoga. This sequence serves as a flexible framework for creating safe and inclusive yoga classes.
Pranayama and Meditation
The program includes a comprehensive exploration of pranayama and meditation practices, enhancing the overall yoga experience for both teachers and students.
Ethics and Equity
Casie Hall emphasizes the importance of teaching yoga with ethics, equity, and adaptability in mind. Graduates are encouraged to create yoga classes that are inclusive and considerate of diverse student populations.
Beyond the teaching aspect, the training offers opportunities for personal growth, self-awareness, physical and mental strength development, and enhanced self-esteem. Participants can expect to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
Location and Comfort
The training takes place at the Nectar Flow Yoga Studio in Spicewood, Texas, providing a dedicated and comfortable space for learning and practice. Various props and equipment are available to enhance the training experience.
Finding Your Why
The program encourages participants to reflect on their personal motivations for attending the training, emphasizing that it’s not just about becoming a yoga teacher but also about self-improvement, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Overall, the Nectar Flow Yoga Teacher Training offers a well-rounded and enriching experience for aspiring yoga instructors and individuals seeking personal transformation through yoga. It emphasizes not only the technical aspects of teaching yoga but also the deeper philosophical and ethical dimensions of the practice.
